My name is Yolanda James, I am an international motivational speaker, Humanitarian, Teacher, Mentor, Behavior Specialist, Social Worker, Author of two published books, Pastor, and Entrepreneur.

My experiences that led me to creating this platform:
I have sat on the Board of Directors for Families First. I belong to Black Businesses Women’s Network and I have been featured on Today’s Purpose Women’s Magazine, Austin’s Black Caucuses. I have mentored for several different mentor programs – including Life Skills For Adolescents George Wyeth High School, School for Behavior Adolescents The Seedling Foundation, Reagan High School, Austin Partner in Education, Mary Freedom Hall, and Atlanta Children’s Shelter just to name a few.
I also have worked with Reinvestment Community Texas Interface Center. An advocate for Texas Families for Justice. Parenting Coaching for the Cavalier Youth Foundation. CASA advocate for youth in Georgia. And I have at spoken at different Women prisons in Virginia and several different jails throughout the United States.
I Have traveled extensively overseas. I have spoken in several different countries as a motivational speaker imparting, wisdom, life skills, teaching with clarity and understanding. I have also spoken at a woman’s prison in Kegmega, Kenya and have spoken in Jamaica. Upcoming speaking engagements in Ghana, Japan, Pakistan, and London.
